About us
Portrack Handling Limited (PHL) was set up in its present form in 1991 to successfully provide Materials Handling and Shutdown & Maintenance Services to petrochemical sites in the UK.
PHL are widely regarded as the best in the field and our business model continues to attract new customers and clients.
